Wormhole Tracking

A raw guess how locating wormholes looks like in my imagination (as long as you're searching or creating them in outer space).
Maybe creasing space causes some kind of a tunnel of plications which are looking like other holes, leading to other places. Then it's just a question of choosing the right path with the right time and place to get out again. Maybe. Or not. Just philosophizing away.
